Operate press brake to manufacture sheet metal parts. Set up and adjust press brake as required by production schedule. Measure and align raw material used, inspect finished parts to assure they meet required specifications. must have prior experience, ability to read blueprints, set up brake press, and bend parts to the prints and tolerance specifications.
Laser Operators

Prepare and operate the Laser equipment according to work instructions, drawings and specifications. Inspect finished parts to assure they meet print requirements. Perform daily maintenance of machine.

Use CNC Equipment to produce precision metal parts. Set up equipment, operate equipment and inspect finished parts, assuring they meet required specifications. Mechanical aptitude is a must.
Programmers

Develop programs for sheet metal parts using applicable software, i.e. CAD, solid works. Unfold customer designs to be used on shop equipment, nest parts on blanks to maximize production efficiency, read and analyze technical information (i.e. blueprints, plat pattern, drawings, etc.)

Weld sheet metal components with minimal defects and minimal finishing necessary.
Prior experience in MIG on steel, stainless, and aluminum is required.

Provide quality control feedback to assure sheet metal and machined parts are produced within applicable specification standards. Perform
administrative functions related to inventory, conformance reporting, data-entry, shipping and receiving. Must be knowledgeable about ISO 9001 regulations, computer, 2D measuring equipment and CMM measuring equipment.
